Nacchio faces a maximum of seven years, three months in prison, a $19 million fine and forfeiture of as much as $52 million in assets for his April conviction on 19 counts of insider trading.
  • July 26: Cynthia Lucia, dressed as a green Martian, sips a frozen green tea drink while taking a break on the first day of the Comic-Con International convention in San Diego. The annual comic and popular culture convention attracts more than 100,000 people annually.
