Dennis Kucinich joined the network in 2013 and currently serves as a contributor for FOX News Channel (FNC), providing analysis and commentary across FNC's daytime and primetime programming.

Most recently, Kucinich conducted an exclusive interview with Syrian President Bashar al-Assad to discuss the allegations of the use of chemical weapons alongside FNC's Senior Foreign Affairs Correspondent Greg Palkot.

For 16 years, Kucinich served as a Democratic member of the U.S. House of Representatives for Ohio, representing Ohio's 10th congressional district from 1997 to Jan. 2013. Furthermore, he served as subcommittee Chairman of the Oversight and Government Reform Committee, in addition to being a ranking member, and was also on the Education and the Workforce Committee.  Kucinich was also a candidate for the Democratic nomination for the President of the United States in both 2004 and 2008.  Prior to serving in Congress, he was an Ohio State Senator for two years.  He also ran his own marketing and communications firm, K Communications, from 1988 to 1994 while he took time off from serving in office.

Kucinich began his long career in government at the young age of 23 when he was elected to the Cleveland City Council.  At the age of 31, he was elected the mayor of Cleveland and at the time, held the title as the youngest mayor of a major city in the United States. He is also the author of The Courage to Survive, which was published in 2007.

Kucinich graduated from Case Western Reserve University with both a BA and master's degree in speech and communication.
