Attorney General Eric Holder announced Monday that Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and other accused 9/11 conspirators will face a military tribunal at Guantanamo Bay. The announcement reverses a November 2009 decision by President Obama and Holder to try the suspects in a civilian court on U.S. soil.
