One year ago today -- Jan. 12, 2010 -- Haiti was devastated by a massive earthquake that left more than 220,000 people dead and millions homeless. Since that tragic day, billions of dollars in aid has flowed into Haiti -- but more than 1.3 million people still live in tents and squatter camps, while doctors frantically try to stop the spread of cholera. Can anything be done to save Haiti?
