The death Sunday of a 4-foot-11, 81-pound 13-year-old motorcycle rider at Indianapolis Motor Speedway -- run over by a 12-year-old competitor -- and a Facebook posting, purportedly by his father, stating that the young teen "passed doing what he loved," has raised the question: Should kids be allowed to participate in high-speed extreme sports?
