Michael Jackson earned his nickname 'King of Pop' by dominating the music charts and the airwaves for decades, particularly in the 1980s, when his album 'Thriller' broke sales records and earned him eight Grammys.

He already had achieved popularity in his youth as the youngest, and most prominent, brother in Motown's Jackson 5. And his solo career continued to light up the pop charts though the 1990s and into the following decade, though his star had faded in recent years amid increasingly odd behavior.

Jackson died Thursday at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles, where fans gathered to pay tribute. FOX News wants to hear your thoughs on the pop legend, his work and his life achievements.
