The rain's coming down even harder and the crowd's getting bigger. Folks are huddled around the stage with a sea of umbrellas as one speaker after another takes on the Washington establishment for taxing spending and borrowing. They were also visited by a handful of people in tuxedos and ball gowns chanting "tax work, not wealth" and "lower the minimum wage," in an effort to discredit the message of these wet and angry taxpayers who are now chanting no more bailouts.
