      Happy St. Patrick's Day everybody.. We're continuing to keep a close eye on the dangerous nuclear situation in Japan, but our bigger focus will be on Libya. The debate continues over a no-fly zone over Libya, while the Libyan army says the bombardment of rebels will cease on Sunday, in order to give an opportunity for surrender.
