      Happy St. Patrick's Day everybody.. We're continuing to keep a close eye on the dangerous nuclear situation in Japan, but our bigger focus will be on Libya. The debate continues over a no-fly zone over Libya, while the Libyan army says the bombardment of rebels will cease on Sunday, in order to give an opportunity for surrender. Meanwhile, Gaddafi is warning the rest of the world not to get involved. We will also talk more about the Continuing Resolution in Congress, and the attempt to defund NPR. Chris Stirewalt, A.B.
