Caroline Downey said that Trump has avoided mentioning a specific time limit or ban on abortion because he “is a populist more than a principled conservative” who “just wants to de-escalate” the issue, “not be obsessed with it.” She also said that Iran’s surprise missile and drone attack on Israel creates a “nostalgia for Trump foreign policy.”

Leslie Marshall said that she doesn’t trust Trump saying that he won’t sign a national abortion ban “if it gets to [his] desk.” She also said that Iran’s attack on Israel “was a message because Iran did it” rather than the Iran-backed Lebanese militant group Hezbollah.

Kevin Corke said that the ‘not guilty’ verdict in the O.J. Simpson murder trial was "really about the LAPD" and anger over the Rodney King case, and now after O.J.’s recent death, “we will probably all say good riddance.” He also said that Biden sticking to his promise and helping to defend Israel from Iranian missiles “is a victory for the administration,” and that moving forward, the United States has to “support, support, support.”

Griff Jenkins said that the O.J. Simpson trial “set in play many of the future trials that have leaned on celebrity,” and O.J., in writing the confessional If I Did It, "was almost rubbing it in the victims' families' faces.” He also said that the seemingly “unstoppable escalation” in the Middle East after Iran’s attack on Israel is “going to be a bigger problem for the Democratic Party” as disagreements over Israel aid persist.

Juan Williams said about NPR Editor Uri Berliner divulging his newsroom’s liberal bias that nowadays “media companies have to sort of identify one way or another,” which can lead to “arrogance” and even “into a point of blindness on some occasions.” 14 years after his own contract was terminated with NPR, he said, “I’m no flaming conservative, but I am too conservative a Black guy for their taste.”

Trey Yingst said Israel’s potential response to Iran’s surprise missile and drone attack is a question of whether the country is “willing to risk the relationship with Washington and other Western allies to hit back against Iran.” He also said that “Americans will stand behind the Israelis to help them if they are attacked on a large scale.”
