      A bridge collapsed not far from Seattle. Three people were taken to the hospital after their cars were dumped in the waters of the Skagit River. No one knows yet what caused the four lane bridge to collapse.

      There was a 5.7 earthquake in far Northern California. No one hurt, though nerves are rattled.
