• IRS Fireworks, New Hope in Hunt for Missing Plane

      At 9:30 the House Ways & Means Committee is holding discussions about whether or not to criminally prosecute former IRS official Lois Lerner over IRS abuses. There may be fireworks. We'll have a live report from Mike Emanuel and we'll ask Karl Rove about it.

      Benghazi likely to be a big story today too. The Democrats are upset at the continued focus on the White House reaction to the story. But Republicans say they will continue to demand answers. Catherine Herridge reporting.

      Good news in the hunt for the wreckage of Malaysian Airlines flight 370. A search plane has detected two signals in the southern Indian Ocean after a day of silence. The expiration date on the black boxes has passed, but officials are hoping they're lasting longer than expected.

      Two big decisions on cases we've been watching closely. Guilty verdicts in both the Stiletto murder trial and the Aspen Socialite murder car bomb murder.

      The punishment phase begins today in the murder conviction of Ana Trujilo after the jury found her guilty of murdering her boyfriend with a five and a half inch stiletto heel. The jury deliberating for just 2 hours.

      A once-prominent socialite faces life in prison for murdering her ex-husband. Pamela Phillips guilty of first degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder. She hired a hit man to blow up her ex with a car bomb.

      Oscar Pistorius back on the stand today in South Africa. The so-called bladerunner accused of murdering his model wife Reeva Steenkamp. Pistorius broke down on the stand yesterday and testimony had to be suspended.

      The President travels to Fort Hood, Texas today to honor the dead and injured from that massacre left week by a deranged soldier. 3 died and 16 injured.
