      New Fox Polls on Obamacare. Not great news for the White House.

      Overall, 36% of voters approve of the Affordable Care Act. That's down from 40% in June and a new low. Most also feel the law will raise their taxes and disapprove of the President's handling of the health care rollout.

      Chris Jennings, the White House's coordinator of health-care reform, has resigned six months after he was recruited to try to iron out the implementation of major aspects of the Affordable Care Act. He says the long hours expected of him are negatively impacting his health.

      Hillary Clinton getting a huge push early for 2016. As the New York Times says on the front page today, " The Obama political operation that once buried Hillary Rodham Clinton's White House ambitions is now rapidly converging around her possible 2016 presidential bid, conferring on Mrs. Clinton enormous early advantages in money, expertise and voter targeting techniques." The Super Pac is Priorities USA Action. It is a major bonus for Clinton's 2016 candidacy.

      Republican National Committee leaders meet in DC today to approve rules for the 2016 election. The RNC wants to move the GOP convention up and keep Iowa and New Hampshire as the first in the nation primaries. South Carolina and Nevada also expected to get priority. Mike Emanuel reporting.

      Former GOP Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell and his wife Maureen are expected to appear in court today to be arraigned on charges they received gifts and loans from a donor. Carl Cameron reporting.

      FDA is set to makeover nutritional labels. Calories and serving sizes will get bigger play. The amounts for whole wheat and added sugar also likely to get notice.

      Protests against the pro-Russian Ukrainian government intensifying today. At least 3 pro-Western protesters have died in the conflicts over Ukraine's crackdown on civil liberties. Now protesters have stormed government offices in three more cities. Barricade fires have coated the capital of Kiev in heavy smoke. Greg Palkot reporting.

      No face to face meetings today on the future of Syria despite ongoing talks in Geneva over the civil war that has left tens of thousands of civilians dead. Secretary of State John Kerry is at the World Economic Forum in Davos and will speak at 11:15 am ET. Leland Vittert covering.

      A series of bombings in Cairo have left at least five dead, and damaged the important Museum of Islamic Art.
