Overall, 36% of voters approve of the Affordable Care Act. That's down from 40% in June and a new low. Most also feel the law will raise their taxes and disapprove of the President's handling of the health care rollout.
Chris Jennings, the White House's coordinator of health-care reform, has resigned six months after he was recruited to try to iron out the implementation of major aspects of the Affordable Care Act. He says the long hours expected of him are negatively impacting his health.

As the New York Times says on the front page today, " The Obama political operation that once buried Hillary Rodham Clinton's White House ambitions is now rapidly converging around her possible 2016 presidential bid, conferring on Mrs. Clinton enormous early advantages in money, expertise and voter targeting techniques." The Super Pac is Priorities USA Action. It is a major bonus for Clinton's 2016 candidacy.
Republican National Committee leaders meet in DC today to approve rules for the 2016 election. The RNC wants to move the GOP convention up and keep Iowa and New Hampshire as the first in the nation primaries. South Carolina and Nevada also expected to get priority. Mike Emanuel reporting.
