Wicked weather smashing through at least 12 states. Illinois hit the hardest with multiple tornadoes reported across the state. At least six are dead. Many more are injured. We still don't know how bad the damage is across Missouri, Indiana, Ohio and Illinois which were hardest-hit. The weather system still causing trouble for the East Coast. NASA launches the Maven spacecraft this afternoon (possibly during the 12!) - sending an unmanned spacecraft to study Mars' upper atmosphere.
