      Five United States Presidents will gather together today during "Happening Now" to commemorate the completion of the George W Bush Presidential Center including the Presidential Library and Museum in Dallas, TX.

      Presidents Carter, George HW Bush, Clinton, Obama and George W Bush are set to speak. We'll take much of it live. Casey Stegall reporting and we'll talk to Dan Bartlett who served in the Bush administration.

      Later today, President Obama attends a memorial for the 14 victims of a fertilizer plant explosion in West, near Waco, TX last week.       The Senate could vote as soon as today to allow new Internet sales taxes.

      We're learning more about the radical Islam leanings of Boston marathon bombing terrorist Tamerlan Tsarnaev. He and his brother (still hospitalized) are suspected now of using remote-control devices to set off the bombs. We're getting new details in the case as the investigation continues.
