      President Obama meeting with Senate Democrats today in Annapolis, MD. The President will reportedly try to convince democrats to put forth a united front on a range of issues beginning with a proposal to temporarily suspend draconian sequester cuts to the budget. Jay Carney is holding a briefing at 11:30. We'll be monitoring.

      There is a new and somewhat disturbing report by the Congressional Budget Office out now. It suggests debt repayments by the federal government could be 77% of GDP by 2020! That's if Congress and the White House don't do something to halt spending.

      The Boy Scouts of America could vote as soon as today on whether or not to end the policy of excluding gay members and leaders.

      New details out on the Alabama bunker standoff. Jimmy Lee Dykes was killed by police in a bold raid on a bunker where he'd been holed up with a kidnapped boy. The boy, who turns six today, is fine. Apparently Dykes had rigged the bunker with bombs, and he died in a firefight during the raid.

      A small tsunami hit the Solomon Islands after an 8.0 earthquake on Santa Cruz Island in the South Pacific.

      Skier Lindsey Vonn will head back to the United States after that skiing accident yesterday for surgery. She tore ligaments in her right knee and broke a bone in her lower leg. No word on when she might be able to return to competition.

      Jodi Arias will be back on the stand today. She's accused of stabbing her boyfriend at least 27 times and shooting him. She's admitted to killing him, but says it was ‘self-defense.' Today she's expected to explain that alleged abuse.
