• Team Obama's Fundraising Strategy

Team Obama's fundraising tactics revolve around celebrity endorsements and contests that involve some Hollywood's biggest stars. Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour and actress Sarah Jessica Parker have even held dinner parties for the president.

Now the Obama campaign is offering up some new fundraising ideas. If you donate $30 or more to the Obama campaign you will be entered into a contest to win a coffee date with Vice President Joe Biden. And that's not all--you will even get your very own 'Cup of Joe' coffee mug.

So how concerned is the DNC about Romney outspending Obama? In a e-mail that went out touting the campaign's 'Cup of Joe' contest VP Biden writes, "The spending on the other side this year is literally unprecedented. If nothing changes, Barack is on the pace to be the first president in modern history to get outspent in his re-election campaign."

Since last Thursday Mitt Romney has raised over $4M just 24 hours after the Supreme Court decided to uphold ObamaCare. But, if the economy does not improve will fundraising really even matter?

      Probably not.
