• CASEY ANTHONY IS NOT LIVING AT MY HOUSE

Why can't we disagree without being disagreeable?

I am not hosting Casey Anthony afloat, the mainland or on my tropical isle. The stories, however colorful, are untrue. Besides my wife would kill me! And what's with this negative vibe? It's like the immigration debate all over again. Can't we disagree on a jury's verdict without being disagreeable? My point is simply that the US Constitution exists to protect the unpopular as well as the popular. Casey Anthony was acquitted by a jury of her peers based on the available evidence. Shun her if you're so inclined; just don't break the law while doing so. But don't lump in the lawyers with the acquitted child killer. And as a general rule, we don't shun lawyers; even those who represent the reprehensible. Thanks. -Geraldo
