The BP oil spill continues to churn out into the Gulf of Mexico as efforts to cap the well with another containment dome are once again underway. BP severed a pipe in an attempt to fit a cap over the gushing well. However, an intended consequence of the action is an increase in oil flowing out of the damaged well, creating an uptick of up to 20% more crude spilling into the gulf. This Sunday well get the latest on the effort to stop the leak with top officials involved with the endeavor.
