PICS: The 31 Hottest Looks From the 2016 American Music Awards
The American Music Awards (AMAs) may have gathered all the top artists in music under one roof, but the true star of the night was fashion. PICS: The 25 Best Fashions From Glamour's 'Women of the Year' Awards The annual ceremony, which took place on Sunday night at Los Angeles’ Microsoft Theater, was hosted by model Gigi Hadid and actor/rapper Jay Pharaoh, and honored entertainers such as Drake (who earned 13 nominations along) as well as Sting and the late musician Prince. But prior to all the prizes, the red carpet sizzled with plenty of head-turning ensembles — many of them rocked by notable models. One star who made onlookers do a double take was Hannah Jeter (nee Hannah Davis), the titillating Sports Illustrated Swimsuit pinup and wife of retired baseball player Derek Jeter. The 26-year-old wore a sparkling, flowing, see-through violet gown that left very little to the imagination. Of course, Jeter’s jaw-dropping look doesn’t surprise us. Back when she was known as Hannah Davis, the model stopped by FNM's studios to speak candidly about her controversial 2015 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Cover: "My cover clearly was about, you know, pulling down your bikini bottoms a little too far, and showing, you know, your core," she told FOX News Magazine (above). “I think we’ve had a lot of booties over the years, so I just … tried to make it fun!” PHOTOS: Hannah Davis is Now Hannah Jeter, So Let's Remember Her Hottest Looks as Hannah Davis And from last night's look at the AMAs, it’s clear Jeter still has no problem proudly showing off her core.
