While the evening "brought together many of the industry’s biggest power players as well as actors and filmmakers looking to gain traction in this year’s Oscar race," as reported by the Los Angeles Times, it was the screen sirens in attendance who truly stole the ceremony. Many actresses gave us a sneak peek of what to expect, fashion-wise, on Oscar night — and their glowing styles were enough to put Oscar himself to shame. In fact, "Rules Don't Apply" actress Lily Collins may have even been channeling the coveted award when she arrived in a slinky gold satin slip gown, and there was also fellow British beauty Kate Beckinsale flaunting her gorgeous glow in a white hot, off-the-shoulder mermaid dress.
