On Monday, May 4th, a slew of celebrities arrived in New York City for the annual Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume Institute’s Gala, which was celebrating the opening of its new exhibition “China: Through the Looking Glass.”
And with editor-in-chief of American Vogue, Anna Wintour, co-hosting the festivities, the stars were determined to shine for photographers.
While some got the memo of the evening’s theme, others … well they were just looking to cause a major frenzy on social media.
