The emerald-hued Budding Heart Silk Tea Dress, created by London-based British designer Suzannah, takes inspiration from a 1930s find in a Parisian vintage market. It also features a dainty V-neck cut for a slimming effect. “Our expert printers in Como, Italy, translated this wonderful print onto beautiful silk crepe de chine exclusively for Suzannah,” says the retail site.   They also say this dress works for all seasons, with or without stockings.
