½ cup red raspberries, frozen
½ teaspoon sugar
1 cup pineapple juice + 2 tablespoons
⅔ cup condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a blender, combine raspberries, sugar and 2 tablespoons pineapple juice until smooth (small chunks of raspberries are ok).
Evenly divide blended raspberries in mold and freeze for 30 minutes or until just set.
In a blender, combine condensed milk, pineapple juice and vanilla extract.
Remove frothy bubbles and fill each mold.
Freeze until solid (approximately 3 hours).
