Kelly Clarkson and Other Stars With Yellow Engagement Rings
Sleigh bells aren't the only thing Kelly Clarkson is hearing this holiday season. The "Stronger" singer will soon be hearing wedding bells after accepting a marriage proposal from boyfriend Brandon Blackstock, the son of her longtime manager.

The former "American Idol" winner tweeted a photo of her engagement ring, which features a huge yellow stone at the center. "It's a yellow canary diamond with diamonds around it," explained Clarkson on Twitter. "Brandon designed it with Johnathon Arndt! They did an amazing job! I can't wait to make Brandon's ring with Johnathon as well!" she gushed.

But Clarkson isn't the first celeb to sport a yellow engagement ring. The following stars prove that yellow diamonds have been a hot trend in Hollywood for quite some time. Have a look below:
Hockey player Mike Fisher proposed to Carrie Underwood with a yellow engagement ring (estimated to be worth about $150,000) in December of 2009. It was also designed by Johnathan Arndt, the same man who helped design the ring given to Underwood's fellow "America Idol" alum, Kelly Clarkson.
Supermodel Heidi Klum wore a 10-carat yellow canary diamond ring, designed by Lorraine Schwartz, during her marriage to Seal. The couple separated in 2012.
Former "Sliders" actor Jerry O'Connell proposed to model and actress Rebecca Romijn with a 6-carat yellow engagement ring. "Since I had to get my ring resized when I was pregnant, I decided to change my setting with the help of my friend Lorraine Schwartz," she stated in InStyle magazine. Now, her ring features a unique dangling setting.
For a brief time between May and October of 2005, Paris Hilton was engaged to Greek shipping heir Paris Latsis. She picked out two rings for the occasion: one with a 21-carat canary diamond — which served as an "I Love You" ring — and another engagement ring set with a more traditional white diamond.
Adele is notoriously secretive about her love life, but the "Someone Like You" singer sparked a flurry of rumors when she arrived at the 2012 Brit Awards wearing a teardrop-shaped yellow diamond ring on her ring finger. She denied she was married on Twitter, but that wouldn't rule out an engagement to boyfriend Simon Konecki.
