As a bride-to-be, we're not sure what's more challenging: Finding the perfect dress, or feeling your absolute best wearing it. Most wedding gowns highlight those tough-to-tone areas: back, shoulders, arms, and core. We went to New York City personal trainer Jenny Skoog to show us five strength-training moves that will target these stubborn spots.
