The Lamborghini Egoiste truly lives up to its name. A single-passenger supercar that the company says "represents hedonism taken to the extreme."

Built to commemorate the automaker's 50th anniversary, the the Egoiste was inspired by the Apache attack helicopter, with a cockpit-style cabin that's entered through a flip up and removable canopy.

To get into the seat, the driver must remove the formula race car-type pistol-grip steering wheel, and strap into a four-point safety harness. A fighter plane-style heads up display screen is the centerpoint of the aluminum and carbon fiber constructed interior.

The Egoiste is powered by a 592 hp V10 and features movable flaps to control the air flowing over and under the car. An anti-radar coating and anti-glare orange-tinted glass aim to make it one of the stealthiest cars on the road.

That is if it ever went there. Fitting of its name, Lamborgini is only making one Egoiste and is keeping it all to itself.
