From Chicken Marsala Meatballs, to Tomato Chipotle Cotton Candy, to the Goat Face Killa Sandwich, this week's Village Voice's fifth annual Choice Eats festival had a taste for every palette in bite-sized perfection from 83 top New York City restaurants.
