It features a two-story entry hall, living room with wood-paneled walls, and ironwork stair and landing rails. The property also boasts a lighted tennis court and a pool with spa.
The singer snapped up the sweet house in 2005 for $4,125,000. After four years of Malibu life, he listed the Point Dume property for $6.1 million in 2010. He reduced the price a few times over the years, but ultimately let it go for less than what he paid for it over a decade ago.
