Greg Norman, the retired professional golfer known as the Great White Shark, has two properties on the market -- a Colorado ranch and his Jupiter Island, FL, home -- for $55 million each. Why 55? Because double 5 is his "lucky number," the former No. 1-ranked golfer told the Wall Street Journal.

Seven Lakes Ranch, Norman's spread in Meeker, CO, has been on and off the market since 2011, though prior attempts weren't "serious," he told the Journal. "Now, it's a different story."

The ranch -- really, it's a resort -- is surrounded by 2 million acres of the White River National Forest. It boasts 11,000 deeded acres of pasture, grazing land, lakes, and miles of White River frontage where you can cast a dry fly for trout. There's also elk and bird hunting, skeet shooting, horseback riding, and mountain biking on the property.

"The next person who buys it will be a true outdoorsman who wants to own a piece of the American frontier," listing agent Steven Shane told us.

The estate also includes a 14,000-square-foot, eight-suite main house; guest cabins; outbuildings; and even a dance hall.

On the other side of the country, Norman is still trying to sell his oceanfront home on Florida's Jupiter Island. The 8-acre estate stretches from the Intracoastal Waterway to the Atlantic Ocean and includes 26,000 square feet of living space among seven buildings, a tennis pavilion, pool area with Polynesian-style grill house, putting green, and gym.
