After a tectonic shift in the National Football League, folks from the Rams franchise are now making the trek from Missouri to California. One of the people behind the team's return to Los Angeles from St. Louis, its COO Kevin Demoff, is the latest to list his Show-Me State digs -- a $1.25 million house in Creve Coeur.

The 2003-built house is an impressively large Traditional American with five bedrooms and four full bathrooms. It's listed as "open and airy," and there's certainly enough room to spread out in its 5,800 square feet.

The large chef's kitchen is described as new, and there's a living room with a gas-burning, stone fireplace. The basement comes with a fully furnished man cave, replete with a wet bar and built-in, home-theater shelving. Burning question -- is the old-school "NBA Jam" arcade cabinet also up for grabs?

Demoff's move out of Missouri follows the same path taken by Rams star linebacker James Laurinaitis. However, Laurinaitis recently found out he won't have to contend with the L.A. housing market. He was cut by the Rams shortly after putting his Missouri home up for sale.

And while Demoff's house ain't cheap, it looks like small potatoes when compared to the home of his boss, Stan Kroenke. The Rams owner is the fifth-largest land baron in America, with over 848,631 acres owned. But the spot of land Kroenke owns that's drawing the most attention is the old Hollywood Park racetrack property in Inglewood, CA, where the Rams will play in 2019.
