College football coach Willie Taggart must be studying his playbook for a housing upgrade. Shortly after the University of South Florida head coach signed a lucrative extension to keep him with the Bulls through 2020, he put his house in Tampa, FL, on the market for $1.3 million.

But if he is looking for an upgrade, we're not sure he's going to go bigger. The Mediterranean-style mansion he's selling is an impressive 7,223 square feet and has six bedrooms and five full bathrooms. It's located on a half-acre nestled among woodlands in the neighborhood of Tampa Palms.

The home also features a huge chef's kitchen with spacious wood cabinetry, a large entertainment area that includes a bar, gaming area, and theater, and an enclosed pool area with a built-in barbecue pit. Karen Tillman is the listing agent.

Taggart bought the house in 2013, shortly after starting his first season with the Bulls. His first two seasons ended with lackluster 2-10 and 4-8 records. However, the coach rallied the team in 2015 to an improved 8-5 season and an appearance in the Miami Beach Bowl. His success last season and the possibility of other programs luring him away led to the contract extension.
