Fashion mogul Marc Ecko's enormous and opulent estate is back on the market after an unsuccessful attempt to sell earlier this year. The 20,000-square-foot home -- located on a 32-acre lot in Bernardsville, NJ -- is now available for $15 million, a $3 million decrease from its initial listing in late 2014.

Ecko founded alternative T-shirt company Ecko Unltd. in 1993 and found rapid success among the hip-hoperati; it quickly became a billion-dollar business. Ecko soon expanded into other ventures, founding the bimonthly youth culture magazine Complex in 2002.

The castle-like brownstone -- called the Stronghold by locals and once owned by architect George Browne Post and his wife, Charlotte Augusta Astor -- offers nearly every amenity known to humans: a freestanding gymnasium with full basketball court, a three-story observatory, farms, gardens, and orchards.

Its interiors are filled with lush touches such as gilded quatrefoil doors, painted frescoes visible through circular openings in the upper level, an enormous formal living room with wood floor in a herringbone pattern, and golden ceilings covered in fleur-de-lis.

Outside there's an impressive poolside veranda: With a covered patio, a grill, and manicured gardens, guests and residents have their pick of indulgent leisure activities.
