Here's a page turner: "Middlesex" author Jeffrey Eugenides is selling his estate in Princeton, NJ.

The grand Tudor-style home is on the market for $2,495,000. Built in 1910, it has six bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, and a dash of political fame. Woodrow Wilson was living in this very house in 1912 when he was elected president.

What's good enough for a president is also perfect for a professor. Located just a mile from Princeton University, the Pulitzer Prize winner could easily walk to his job teaching creative writing. According to NJ.com, the professor and his wife, artist Karen Yamauchi, bought the place for $2.7 million in 2008, when he began his teaching stint.

The property provides plenty of space to throw a faculty party. The oversize rooms are filled with light, and you can find multiple fireplaces, built-in bookshelves, and wood floors throughout. Updates include a modernized kitchen and bathrooms. Inside, there's a sunroom with a peaked glass roof. Outdoors, the Japanese-inspired garden includes a pool and gazebo.

It sounds like a best-seller.
