Want a place where a kid can be a kid (and an adult can be one, too)? Check out this five-bedroom home in Peoria, AZ. The home -- which boasts an enormous yard complete with a treehouse, playground, pool, and zip line -- is available for $1.3 million.

"My client is a kid at heart," says listing agent Ed Durham. "He wanted to make an extreme home."

And extreme it is -- extremely fun, especially if you're a kid. The zip line stretches about 30 yards, taking riders from the treehouse beside the home to the playground's entrance.

It travels directly over the huge pool (all the better for the rider to drop off and make a splash) with playful features (huge frogs spitting streams, a long rock wall) that lend a water park atmosphere.

The enclosed play area at the end of the line offers a swingset, sand pit, in-ground trampoline, and merry-go-round, as well as two streetlamp-style lights to ensure the fun doesn't stop when the sun sets.

It's not the first zip line we've seen, and considering the glee of sliding down a line of your own, we doubt it will be the last.

And it's not just for kids. Adults can also take a turn soaring over the property -- if they're not too busy chilling in the psychedelic-painted, black light -- topped treehouse with a bird's-eye view of the yard. Its plywood walls are covered in spray-painted shades of orange and green, but the new owners can update them to be as classy (or goofy) as they'd like.

For grown-ups, the zip line is hardly the only outdoor amenity. The 2,000-square-foot covered patio offers a kitchen, stone-covered gas and wood fireplace, and a screen for watching movies after dark. If you're feeling active, you can shoot hoops on the regulation-size basketball court. The 1.35-acre property is surrounded by landscaping.

A man cave hides above the enormous RV garage, adding an additional 2,500 square feet of entertainment and relaxation space. Tinker in the enormous, air-conditioned workshop or set up your own adult hideout upstairs.

"He put a lot of work into it," Durham says about the homeowner, who used the workshop to work on racing cars.

With so much fun outside, it's easy to overlook what's inside the 5,250-square-foot home, including the master suite with a room that could compete for the world's largest closet.
