Busy in Brooklyn, singer Ingrid Michaelson is selling her five-bedroom home on the Hudson River in Nyack. Listed for $1,785,000, the property in upstate New York is known as the "Ghost House" for its rumored supernatural history.

Michaelson, who has released five albums, is best known for her singles "The Way I Am" and "Girls Chase Boys." According to agent Nancy Blaker Weber in the LoHud Journal News, Michaelson's homes in Brooklyn and Nashville leave her no time to maintain this Queen Anne Victorian.

Lucky buyers able to dedicate the time this home deserves will enjoy a wraparound porch overlooking the river, a wood-accented foyer, and floor-to-ceiling windows throughout. Its 4,628 square feet offer plenty of room to relax or entertain. The renovated chef's kitchen features a wood block island and blue brick accents.

Minimalist design fans will appreciate the home's white walls and clever accents such as the cerulean subway tiles in the bathroom and the built-in shelving with stained-wood features.

Hopefully potential buyers can avoid the ghost. According to LoHud, the home starred in an early-1990 lawsuit when prospective buyers backed out of the deal -- and sued -- after learning of its ghostly past. Courts ruled in their favor, declaring the home haunted.

We guess that didn't bother Michaelson -- and considering the stunning, turn-of-the-century architecture, it shouldn't bother you, either.
