After a year spent bouncing around the NBA, former Boston Celtics guard Rajon Rondo is still struggling to sell his five-bedroom home in Lincoln, MA.

After being traded to the Dallas Mavericks in December, Rondo became embroiled in controversy in Big D until a back injury ended his season. This July, he signed a one-year, $9.5 million contract with the Sacramento Kings -- which made selling the home where he resided during his Celtics tenure a top priority.

The 6,513-square-foot home, which has been on the market since March, recently dropped its price by nearly a half-million. It is currently listed for $2 million.

What's causing buyers to hesitate? It's not the privacy. The home's 1.5-acre lot is surrounded by 4 acres of shared and conserved land.

Nor is it the All Star -- worthy basement, where you'll find a media room with theater-style lighting -- perfect for watching the big game -- in addition to a lounge and fireplace.

Rondo's home isn't all fun and games. It's got plenty to support your intellectual pursuits, including a library with enormous windows, a box ceiling, and built-ins.

With the recent price cut, now might be the right time to take a leap.
