Netflix executive Ted Sarandos' Beverly Hills home is looking for another impressive owner. Almost five years after he purchased it from fashion designer Max Azria, the Monterey Colonial house is back on the market for $9.35 million.

Sarandos is Netflix's chief content officer, the man responsible for the revival of "Arrested Development" and hits such as "The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt" and "Orange Is the New Black."

According to the Los Angeles Times, he and his wife, Nicole Avant -- the 13th U.S. ambassador to the Bahamas -- purchased the 6,138-square-foot home for their family.

The property is surrounded by an immaculate row of high hedges and trees, and a covered loggia divides the space between the open-air living room and the brick patio surrounding the pool.

Built in 1923, the home has five bedrooms, including the master suite with a fireplace and a terrace overlooking the back lawn. On the first floor, an open-concept layout flows from the kitchen, where a large range is set into an island, to the spacious seating areas, one of which holds a white baby grand.
