Feel like letting go of your old digs? Come a little closer to happiness in country superstar Dierks Bentley's $1.7 million home in Nashville.

The Grammy-nominated and CMA award-winning singer has racked up seven No. 1 singles in his 12-year career, including "What Was I Thinkin'," "Every Mile a Memory," and "Sideways."

With his Whiskey Row bar set to open in Las Vegas next July, Bentley might be fleeing Music City for Sin City.

Built in 1930, his four-bedroom, 4,428-square-foot home sits on two-thirds of an acre. It has a gorgeously manicured lawn dividing the main home from the guesthouse.

"It's an urban oasis," says listing agent Barbara Moutenot. It's only minutes from downtown Nashville, but "it's super private."

The interior combines elegant neutrals with dark accents, like the hardwood floor that runs through the living and dining spaces. The centerpiece steel staircase adds a loftlike flavor to the country-luxe abode.

And while the main home is lovely, we'd understand if you felt tempted to sleep in the guesthouse instead -- or make it your studio or office. With a steeple ceiling, it's the perfect monument to the glories of the country.
