The listing notes describe the cozy cottage as " canyon chic," thanks to its rustic setting and sleek interior.
"It's the perfect urban retreat, a modern cottage on a cul-de-sac in the hills above the Beverly Hills Hotel. A little bit of country close to everything," says listing agent Barry Gray, senior partner at Deasy/Penner & Partners.
It's also adorable. The two-bedroom cottage, which the actress purchased in 2005, has been throughly remodeled.
High-end features include a chef's kitchen, dark hardwood flooring, and Carrara marble baths.
The woodsy residence opens to a lush terraced garden and back patio, which perhaps inspired the artist in her musical pursuits, or at least helped facilitate great parties.
The actress with a flair for the supernatural also has a thing for home design. Last summer Lonny magazine featured her Venice, CA, beach bungalow, the home she shares with her beau, surfer Dan Ross. Maestro is also a master of the tea ceremony.
"What I love about serving tea is that it puts you in the moment so that you're present and not thinking about the future or the past," she told the magazine. "I also like that it's a moving meditation. Because I'm really bad at sitting still."
Clearly, she's a woman on the move, and she's now ready to leave behind her Beverly Hills cottage.
