Sacramento Kings small forward Rudy Gay is selling his Memphis mansion to the sweet tune of $2.2 million. Since the baller purchased the 8,373-square-foot home in 2010, it's undergone some seriously stylish renovations.

They include the marble, chevron-design flooring in the sunroom with the tin-style ceiling and crystal chandelier. But if the sun ain't shining in Memphis, the double-sided reflective fireplace will keep you warm (and the TVs on either side will keep you entertained).

On one side of the fireplace is the living room, which comes with huge windows, wood floors, decorative metalwork trim, and a candle chandelier. These rooms share an open floor plan with the spacious kitchen, which comes with all manner of stainless-steel appliances, including two ovens and a huge fridge. It's all framed by a black-and-white backsplash and two drum chandeliers.

In fact, Gay (or his decorator) has a thing for chandeliers -- they're in almost every single room. See, for example, this ballroom-style chandelier in one of the home's four bedrooms, which also features mounted candelabras on a (faux?) tile wall.

There are even chandeliers in at least four of the bathrooms. But the chandelier takes a back seat in the master bathroom -- thanks to a trio of silver antique mirrors mounted above the double-sink counter and against a shiny mosaic backsplash.

Attention must also be paid to the double-size walk-in marble shower. And the modern-style soaking tub in the middle of the bathroom.

Other bathrooms in the home feature a black-and-white mosaic wall, wallpaper with vintage prints of facial features, chevron-print cabinetry, and ornate mirrors.

Perhaps the only room that doesn't appear to have some kind of a chandelier is the media room, which has a projection-style screen.

The upstairs hallway of this contemporary house has glass walls, giving it a modern, loftlike feel and allowing in tons of natural light. Also, the home overlooks The Links at Galloway, so you'll have calming views of rolling greens.

Gay began his NBA career with the Memphis Grizzlies in 2006 and hooped it up in Tennessee until 2013, when he was traded to the Toronto Raptors.

The high-scoring shooter was traded to the Sacramento Kings later in 2013 and signed a three-year, $40 million contract extension with the team last year.
