" Home & Family" host Mark Steines has put his sparkling five-bedroom estate in Ojai, CA, on the market for $2.3 million, but there's nothing DIY about this place.

The former "Entertainment Tonight" anchor has traded the glam of the red carpet for the grit of a toolbelt in his new role as Mr. Fix-It.

Along with co-host Cristina Ferrare, he delivers daily DIY advice for home and cooking projects. The Hallmark Channel show, now in its third season, is shot in a home on the Universal Studios lot.

And now, the TV personality's real-life home is also available. The grand Mediterranean-style mansion may have made sense while the Iowa-born Steines was married to former Miss America Leanza Cornett. Together since 1995, the couple announced their split in 2013.

The newly minted " DIY Dad," as L.A. Parent magazine dubbed him, focuses on his two sons with Cornett.

In the interview published in 2014, Steines sounds quite fond of the getaway destination north of Los Angeles. He and his kids enjoyed downtime there since his separation.

The 6,285-square-foot home offers plenty of space to spread out. "We try to go to our house in Ojai as much as possible, so we can spend more time outside. There was a period of time when we were going every weekend. I fantasize about moving to Ojai when my face stops working for me. I will have a career in photography, and then I will grow a beard and spend my days building stuff and selling it at the farmers markets up there," he told the publication.

Potential buyers can channel their inner handyman and head to the local market -- shaven or not. That is, if you ever want to leave the house. The property sits on 2 lush acres and includes "sun-drenched living spaces that open up to expansive verandas." Which begs the question: Why ever leave?

But you can keep your hands busy even if there's no need for home improvement. The home also boasts an art studio, game room, office, and theater. It's safe to say you won't be bored.
