Each year, the Center for Science in the Public Interest releases its Xtreme Eating awards-- chain restaurant dishes that are the worst offenders when it comes to calories, fat, sodium and sugar.

CSPI reviews menu and nutritional information for over 200 of the top U.S. chain restaurants and ranks dishes you should stay away from if you're watching your weight --or if you're into extreme food, the menu items you have to try at least once.

If you decide to indulge, CSPI also broke down how much exercise that you'd need to do to burn off the calories.

This year, Red Robin gets the top spot, but the Cheesecake Factory makes a strong showing with its three dishes.

Have a look at CSPI's unhealthiest restaurant dishes of 2014, and get your TUMS ready:

  • 1. Red Robin: A.1 Peppercorn Monster Burger, with Steak Fries and Monster Salted Caramel Milkshake

    Red Robin

    • Calories: At least 3,540
    • Sat. Fat: 69g
    • Sodium 6,280mg

This includes the A.1. Peppercorn burger (with bacon), a "Monster" salted caramel milkshake and an order of steak fries. You would need to take a brisk 12-hour walk to burn it off.

  • 2. The Cheesecake Factory: Bruléed French Toast with optional bacon

    Paige Einstein/CSPI

    • Calories: 2,780
    • Sat. Fat: 93g
    • Sodium: 2,230

This sweet-tooth lover's treat consists of custard-soaked bread, powdered sugar, maple-butter syrup and bacon.  To burn this off, you'd have to do 7 hours of lap-swimming, says CSPI.

  • 3. Famous Dave’s: The Big Slab

    Famous Dave's

    • Calories: 2,770
    • Sat. Fat: 54g

    • Sodium: 1,370mg

This mountain of bow-tie pasta is topped with chicken, mushrooms, tomato, pancetta, peas and caramelized onions in a roasted garlic-parmesan cream sauce. While the portion is huge, the creamy garlic and Parmesan sauce turns the dish into a total fat bomb.

    BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse

    • Calories: 2,160
    • Sat. Fat: 30g
