The 18-year-old singer was spotted by X17Online.com outside the Ducati dealership in Beverly Hills behind the wheel of his $12,490 3-cylinder two-seat microcar.

Of course, Bieber's has been the subject of a few modifications, including a matte-black wrap and LED foglights.
He also took the liberty of changing its name to the Swag Car.
Does that mean he got it in a goodie bag (it’d fit) or does he think it has swagger?
