Quit the Endless Hours of Cardio! Many women spend all of their gym time on the elliptical or going the same speed on the treadmill. Do not do this! Your body will adapt to the routine and workout will not be as good. Next time, instead of running at 5.0 mph for one hour on the treadmill, try interval training for 30 minutes.For instance: run for one minute and walk for two minutes. It's more mentally and physically challenging and works a variety of muscles.
