Between the work stress, busy schedule, and huge to-do list - it's harder than ever to find the time to get some rest. And by the time 3:00 p.m. rolls around your body is just about ready for a nap. Because you can't snooze at your desk, iMag came up with a simple solution to help you get back to work. Here is famed celebrity yoga guru and now Fila Yoga Ambassador, Kristin McGee's easy move that will help you get some rest at your cube!

Restorative Pose:

Before returning to work, give yourself a few minutes to relax with this move. This relaxing pose is so simple, yet effective in reducing stress in your facial muscles while helping to prevent fatigue. 

Directions:

- Simply cross your arms and place them on the surface in front of you. 

- Then rest your head on your crossed arms.
