Move of the Week: Lunge Away

Get long, lean legs with this easy yoga exercise!

Miniskirt season is just about to start, which means it's time to trade in those tights for a new pair of sculpted legs. Fortunately you don't need to go to a fancy gym or a trainer to tighten and tone. iMag went to famed celebrity yoga guru and now Fila Yoga Ambassador, Kristin McGee for a simple move you can do just about anywhere. Try it out!

Chair Lunge:

Target Area: This is great stretch for the hamstrings and it also strengthens the glutes and the psoas muscle group.

- Place your hands on the top of your chair. 

- Take your left foot back, and sink into a low lunge.  

- Repeat on the other side.
