Jessica AlbaCelebrity trainer Ramona Braganza comes from an athletic background as a former gymnast and NFL cheerleader/ dancer. It's no surprise she knows how to keep her star clients fit and committed to their workouts by establishing her own methods and finding ways to make working out fun.
Ramona has helped Jessica prepare for different roles by helping her stay in shape during and after her pregnancy. For her swimsuit body in Into the Blue and her superhero role in Fantastic Four, Ramona introduced Jess to her "3-2-1 Training Method" which consists of three segments of cardio, two circuits of strength training and one core routine. During Jess' pregnancy Ramona lowered the intensity of the workouts, focusing more on Jess' health and breathing to prepare for her delivery. After Jess had her baby, Ramona introduced her "3-2-1 Baby Bulge Be Gone" program, a 12-week postpartum workout designed to get new moms moving. She made sure Jess consumed enough calories to maintain her health and milk for her baby without sabotaging her weight loss goals.

Halle BerryAfter meeting Halle on the set of X-men 3, Ramona began training her with her 3-2-1 Training Method, supplemented by running on the beach and hiking. During Halle's pregnancy they continued to do a program of strength training/cardio and flexibility/breathing in moderate range. At seven months, Ramona incorporated swimming into Halle's routine to help her focus on breathing techniques and stretching. Two weeks after giving birth, Halle started Ramona’s 3-2-1 Baby Bulge Be Gone program just like Alba. Ramona had Halle working out 20 minutes at least five days a week, which soon increased to one-hour workouts as Halle's stamina improved. The workouts focused on core work for four weeks, followed by four weeks of cardio and then strength training to build muscle and burn fat.
Halle also enjoys cooking. One of her favorite foods that helped her lose post-baby weight was Halle's own healthy homemade soups of vegetables and legumes.

Kate BeckinsaleKate was not training for a specific role, but worked with Ramona to keep fit. In addition to Ramona’s 3-2-1 Training Method, she introduced Kate to yoga, which can help improve flexibility, coordination, proper breathing and relaxation techniques. Ramona thought it was important to mix up Kate’s workouts to keep her body in a constant state of surprise in order to create greater adaptation. By doing the same exercise routine day in and day out you don't see changes.
In order to provide a comprehensive fitness routine, Ramona includes a variety of components such as running or hiking for cardio, strength and conditioning to improve muscle tone and balance and coordination. In addition, Ramona introduced Kate to boxing, which requires mental concentration as well.

Jessica BielA Boulder, Colorado native, Jessica Biel loves to take her workouts outdoors and easily adheres to Ramona’s motto “make fitness a way of life.” Ramona first trained Biel during the movie Blade. For this role she put on muscle by training hard with heavy weights and sticking to a strict diet plan. It’s not an easy task to completely change your body in a few months time, and even more challenging is maintaining the physique during a rigorous three-month-long shooting schedule. While filming the movie The A Team Ramona and Jess prepared to climb Mount Kilimanjaro. Hiking outdoors with weighted vests proved to be challenging, but also rewarding and Jessica recently completed her Summit of Kilimanjaro.

Anne HathawayRamona worked with Anne for various roles, and to get her red carpet ready for the Oscars. Anne's favorite moves included a single leg jump squat, shoulders and arm shaping and ab workouts. For the Oscars, Ramona worked with Anne for two weeks leading up to the event and even helped her pump up hours before. Her gown highlighted her fit and tone physique and Anne felt confident. She is also a very healthy eater, preferring loads of vegetables and fruits, eating lean and clean and loves lots of brown carbs.
