Amy's 8 Minute Apple Pie
All you need is a few ingredients and a few minutes! Try this low-fat, low-cal version of your favorite All-American dessert.

Ingredients:
2 Red Apples
1/4 cup low fat granola
1 tablespoon cinnamon
3 Splenda packets
2 tablespoon fat free Cool Whip
Preparation:
Peel and core apples, cut into bite size pieces. Place into microwave safe bowl. Sprinkle with cinnamon, and Splenda, stir to coat all apples. Top with granola. Bake in microwave for 8 minutes, or until apples are tender. Serve warm, top with Cool Whip.
