Jennifer LopezFrom her legs and abs to her glutes - Jennifer Lopez may have one of the best bodies in Hollywood. So what's her secret workout weapon? Gunnar Peterson. The top trainer told iMag that JLo works out two-to-six times per week and that it's all about variety: “When working with Jennifer I do many, many different variations of squats and lunges to strengthen her glutes and back muscles. We also do squats with barbells and heavy weights as well as kettle bell workouts. The amount of weight differs on the number of sets we do. For three sets with six-to-ten reps depending on the exercise, we’ll use 15 to 20 pound weights and for three sets with 15 to 20 reps we might only use eight to 10 pound weights."

Zoe SaldanaFrom her sexy Calvin Klein commercial to "Avatar," Zoe Saldana has been everywhere this year. It's no wonder the star is in impeccable shape. Her trainer, Steve Moyer gave iMag tips on how you can achieve results like Zoe's at home.
On Working Out: To lose weight and tone, you should be doing cardio and weight training. One efficient way to do both is to do your cardio after weight training in the form of HIIT, or high intensity interval training. One specific example of HIIT is this: On a stationary bike, pedal at an easy to moderate pace for 60 to 90 seconds, then pedal at 100 percent effort for 10 to 15 seconds. Repeat these intervals for ten to 15 minutes.
On How You Can Stay Motivated: The key is knowledge. If you know the good things that working out does for you, that should be motivation enough. Also, focus on the feeling you have after you work out. Many of my clients don't necessarily like the actual work out itself, but they will say afterwards, "Wow I feel great." That's when I tell them to remember this feeling and I'll remind them of that feeling during sessions when they aren't 100 percent there.

Christina AguileraWhen you're petite like Christina, keeping in shape can be challenging. But not if you have superstar trainer like Tee Sorge! Tee told iMag, “I use weight training to keep her muscles strong and toned.” More specifically, she has her "hold medium to heavy weights while walking on a treadmill at an incline. Christina uses the weights to do bicep curls and chest flies. This helps with muscle tone and stability." But besides weight training what else does the "Burlesque" star do? "Jump roping, boxing, and running all focus on maintaining excellent cardiovascular health, which is crucial to Christina as a singer and dancer," says Tee.
