We admit the knife obsessed actress could be freaky deaky especially when she made out with her bro on the red carpet, but her kickin' bod in the video game flick that made her a superstar made up for it in '01.

The Surfer Babe: Our honorable mention goes to Kate Bosworth whose rockin' bod in Blue Crush made us forget what the movie was even about. No matter, reportedly the actress worked out six hours a day to add muscle to her petite frame. Since then she's gotten way too waifish for our taste, but we still love you Kate!
2002: Halle Berry
The Bond Girl: Any Bond fan will tell you that one of the most memorable moments of the franchise is when Giacinta 'Jinx' Johnson emerges from the ocean sporting only a bikini and knife in the '02 film, Die Another Day. Berry herself claimed the scene was "exciting" "sexy" and "provocative". Enough said.
2003: Kiera Knightley
The Accent: We love a girl with an English accent, especially if she looks like Keira Knightley. We fell in like with the athletic actress in Bend it Like Beckham, but she was way cooler in the action flick, Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl.

The "She's Not As Innocent As She Looks" Girl: We've always loved the brainy, Harvard educated Portman who first won us over in Star Wars Episode III despite the crazy make-up and elaborate costumes. But it was the quirky, sexy, stripper she played in the movie Closer that made us a true fan of the petite actress.
2005: Rachel McAdams
The Girl Next Door: We didn't see The Notebook, we swear. And we definitely didn't cry. No matter, it was Rachel's character in Wedding Crashers that would get us walking down the aisle.
